TRACKING: For all shipping options include tracking, please look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

 

DUTIES: Please note that all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information

 

HOW FAST IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 3-7 business days to arrive to you. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing during sale periods. MOODD. Jewelry is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.

 

CAN I EXPEDITE MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, we ship all international orders using FedEx which will arrive to you within 3-7 business days, and sometimes earlier.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. All items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.


FAULTY AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@moodd-jewelry.com with details of the product and the defect. The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by us due to our mistake. 

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.  Any purchased 'Sets' must be returned as the original full set. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.



 

REPAIRS

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS SERVICES

We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones in between 90 days after delivered. If not, fees might be charged based on the material.

The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping available inclusive of tracking.
